Developer Outreach Meeting

Berkley LLC, a real estate developer, and Dover, Kohl & Partners, are conducting a community outreach meeting regarding a proposed development concept they have in mind within Hampden Township. The outreach meeting, conducted by the developer and consultant, will be held on April 14, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at Good Hope Station (parking in the rear of the lot). Additional details regarding the outreach meeting, including contact information for questions to the prospective developer are included as a link to their flyer (here). The public outreach meeting is open to any property owner or resident of Hampden Township. The developer intends for the outreach meeting to be an opportunity to gain feedback from the community prior to any future public presentation to the Board of Commissioners.

Hampden Township is not hosting or directly involved in the outreach meeting. Rather, the Township is providing a meeting space for the developer and community members to discuss and respond to their development concept.
