Public Works Plan Review Inspection Group

This group consists of the following employees, with administrative support provided by the Department's Administrative Assistant.

The group is responsible for providing project oversight for all new development within the Township via the completion of subdivision and land development plans, and performance of new infrastructure and sanitary sewer construction inspections. The group's responsibilities also include execution of numerous developer agreements, map design, addressing storm water drainage concerns, review of street cut, driveway and excavation and fill permits, as well as assisting with Land Development Ordinance revisions and performing PA One Calls.
