Report Requests
A copy of accident reports may be obtained during office hours. If possible, please have the complaint number available as well as the date, time, and location. The charge for accident reports is $15.00.
Please call (717) 761-2609 prior to picking up the report to make sure it has been completed and is available.
Due to their sensitive and often confidential nature, investigative reports will not be routinely released. Those feeling a need to have information from an investigative report may file a "Right -to-Know" request as described under the "Township Services" tab at the top of this page.
Other investigative reports will only be released as part of discovery in a criminal case or when subject of a properly issued subpoena by the court.
