Touch A Truck
Dear Participant:
Hampden Township Volunteer Fire Company is holding an exciting event on April 27, 2024, called Touch-A-Truck and we would love to have your business involved.
What child or adult doesn’t love to explore and get up close and personal with a big vehicle? The Touch-A-Truck event will provide the opportunity for kids and grown-ups alike to see your vehicle up close and maybe even climb inside…honk the horn…and see what the world of big trucks is all about. This is a great opportunity for you to familiarize your business with the community by bringing your vehicle and possibly handing out related items for the kids to take home.
The Touch-A-Truck event is a community outreach for the fire company and an opportunity to provide collected canned goods to New Hope Ministries for the benefit of needy families.
What you need to do if you want to participate:
Clean your vehicle and prepare it for the “foot” traffic it will see.
Bring your vehicle to the fire station at 1200 Good Hope Road. Vehicles can start showing up at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 27. Please call if arrangements need to be made for a Friday drop off of vehicles.
Schedule two representatives from your business to man your vehicle during the entire event. There will be Food Trucks and Farm Show Milk Shakes to purchase.
