Fun Food Fest and Fireworks Display- June 26
For the eighth straight year, Hampden will host a community-wide special event on Saturday, June 26, at
Hampden Park.
A variety of food trucks will be ready to serve food in Hampden Park at 4 p.m. The evening will be capped off with a professional firework display after sunset. The pool will be open for pool members and their guests until the conclusion of the fireworks. Sponsorship Info:

TRICK OR TREAT 2021- October 31
Hampden Township does not sponsor any Halloween or Trick or Treat related activities. The Township merely establishes a uniformed date and time for residents who wish to participate. Trick or Treat is scheduled for Sunday, October 31 from 6 to 8 p.m. Residents, with children, may decide if they wish to participate in door-to-door Trick or Treat activities and individual property owners may choose whether or not they wish to distribute treats from their residence.
Parents who choose to have their child(ren) participate in Trick or Treat are urged to have them wear any costume masks so they are large enough to see through easily, have a flashlight and wear bright reflective colors. Parents should also inspect treats before allowing their children to eat them.
The Recreation Department offers a variety of special events throughout the year. Affiliating your company with events held in a local park is a great opportunity! See the links below for more information in partnering with Hampden Township Parks and Recreation in one of our sponsorship tiers!
