    CHILD SAFETY TALKS/OFFICER PHIL PROGRAM

The Officer Phil program is presented once a year by Creative Safety Products out of Carnegie, PA. An animator accompanies a Hampden Township Police Officer to each of our elementary schools. With the use of magic, puppets, and student participation the animator covers various problems and their solutions in a fun way that children understand. The children have a great time and are given a workbook to take home to share with their family.
