Planning Commission

The Hampden Township Planning Commission meets monthly to review development plans submitted by developers and landowners to ensure they comply with all Township ordinances and regulations and makes recommendations for approval or disapproval to the Board of Commissioners. The Planning Commission also makes recommendations concerning any changes to our Zoning Ordinance, Land Development Ordinance or Comprehensive Plan.
