REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Township of Hampden (“Township”) is accepting proposals for the purchase of fifteen new 2012 EZ-GO golf carts. Included in contract documents is trade-in of used EZ-GO and Yamaha goft carts. Bid proposal forms and all related documents may be obtained by clicking here or at the Township Office at 230 S. Sporting Hill Road., Mechanicsburg, PA 17050.
Sealed bids will be received at the above address no later than 2:45 p.m., Wednesday, May 23, 2012. Bids will be opened at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 23, 2012. Contract may be awarded by the Board of Commissioners’ at its May 31, 2012 meeting, beginning at 7:30 p.m.
The successful bidder will be required to post a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the successful bid (based upon 15 new 2012 EZ-GO golf carts) as security.
