Wastewater Superintendent Campbell called the bid opening to order at 3:00 p.m.
Present were Wastewater Superintendent Campbell, Diane Fox , John Geiling and Recording Secretary Sharon Browne .
Wastewater Superintendent Campbell stated Proof of Publication was available for public inspection, and he opened the bid(s) as follows:

6,750 lbs. Dry Polymer @ $1.97 per pound = $13,297.50

5,400 lbs. Emulsion @ $1.39 per pound = $7,506.00
Envirodyne Rotary Drum Thickener:
5,400 lbs. Emulsion @ $1.39 per pound = $7,506.00
Total bid price was $43,321.50. A Bid Bond issued by North American Specialty Insurance Company in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid was attached. No exceptions were noted.
